Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Nursery Manager with the operational and administrative duties of the nursery.
Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
Supervise and mentor nursery staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to best practices.
Support with staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
Step in to manage the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or above in Childcare, or equivalent.
Experience in a senior role within a nursery setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Enhanced CRB (DBS)
