Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5, promoting a fun and safe learning environment.
Assist in planning and implementing daily activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Observe and monitor children's progress, completing assessments and reports for parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with the room leader and other staff to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers, offering feedback and suggestions for continued development.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, or equivalent.
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its application in daily nursery activities.
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
A passion for child development and early education.
Enhanced CRB (DBS)
